This is my speculation.. I think that Metwood was Duped by the colossal Losers that run UBRG and Rainco into thinking they were buying into GEG UK which is most likely no more than a virtual office for the one here in the states.
This is what I know..
UBRG has made an ass out of all of us that has believed in them.
