The existing 4 wells already on the Rice lease were put into production last year.And havent been filed yet.

The wells were drilled in 2012 so reports should have been filed already. I think we should file a complaint with the State so we can get information that is public information. The State is not doing its job in administrating their own rules and we could suffer from it.
