I spoke to Mr. Richard R. Willey of the Pa.Environmental Protection Agency today.He said the production reports for the existing wells on the Rice lease havent been turned in yet.He wasnt sure of the date they had to be turned in either.They are yearly reports.He was sort of busy so I didnt want to bug him to much.
