Ahoy pete.... what is it that yer state securities division can do matie and why not the SEC? What if anything has the SEC said to ya? Is it all fer not mate? I don't know but keep us posted.
Hopin fer better seas one way or the other before I sells off me last 6 million plus shares to me broker at a cost of $5. It'll buy me several years of tax write offs at this point if I did.
