That's because there is no lawsuit vs. TRTC or Derek Peterson.

There was a threatened lawsuit from Dhar Mann pertaining to the merger with Grow Op, which used to always show up in the 10Q. This has no longer showed up in the 10Qs from 2013.

If you look in the most recent 10Q from the 2nd Quarter this year you can go to the litigation section, which says that there currently is none.
