I would have to agree. Prior to the APS fiascle, this stock traded consistently above 01 and many times into the mid single cents.

Do NOT be fooled, PWEI will continue to go lower like all grey sheet tickers and then the volume fully dries up , FACT!

Listening to other posters about PWEI is not the best idea, getting outta a grey sheet is always the best thing to do , not hold and hope.
