Sleepin' - From all the info on Brian gained over the years in many ways, I do believe he will not provide us information until the financials are restored. This is important to me because, combined with other factors about Brian, where he vacations, his values, etc. I have developed a picture of him as a person. I believe strongly that until the financials are restored, what he said is what he will do--as frustrating as this is to some.
The implications of this are that we are going to have the price kept at this terrible low range. Yet at the same time, 3 to 5 potential sales and their payments are moving toward the company. Thus those who believe, and who are not already up to their eye balls in frozen stock, can buy at bargain basement prices-- a stock whose intrinsic value grows.
In my opinion, Brian's words --"It is what it is"-- have increasing meaning and wisdom. A piece of crap as some see it, or an unusual value about to be revealed as others see it--or somewhere in between. News releases or no news releases, TR is right. Sales will determine the reality, and in time a true value will be established.
The lady I mentioned, "Horsnaround" or Debbie, is now a new purchaser of FASC--59,000 shares so far. She lives in a low income housing development, and has an informal ministry. I believe her FASC shares will help her in her old age as she acquires more--when added to the 179,000 shares I am giving her. Her goal will be eventually 500,000 shares or close to it.
