I actually look at that as a reason to buy BONU at these levels - the o/s was approaching the a/s so you either look for a reasonable a/s increase, which is what they did, or you sit there in fear wondering if they are going to do a reverse split of the o/s.
then these stocks that do a reasonable a/s increase always dip afterwards which we have already seen here, and then rebound. Unless BONU suddenly turns into an insane diluter (like ECOS did - used to trade healthy .01-.03 for a very long time and suddenly they diluted all the authorized shares and then increased to 5 billion and hammered it down to .0001) we should all do very well here.
