If all the tests are positively confirmed ilns(worth at least between 500mil to 700 mil even (without dr chain).
Ilns has many potential patents & flaforms ( if they offer only 100mil will you sell it?????)

Sure sounds like away to get a deal done.I emailed Chain a long time ago regarding a special way to finance the company called BCLOC.

BCLOC finance is funding by issuing bonds through its affiliated special purpose enity also it has the ability to provide funding by issuing common,converitible preferred stock.

It can be done if the group has character credibility and knowledgeable entrepreneurs,investment firms willing to invest in said venture.
