Innoprise was only Phil and the principals from Augustine. That was it. It was their baby. Phil's job was to ensure they all got a great return...which was no problem since he's the only officer of NMKT.
It never actually got off the ground, because the stock price cratered when it was discovered that Phil was in Innoprise. That economic conflict of interest was pretty obvious to most investors (as was the fact that NMKT should be raising capital directly into NMKT, not into some funding entity that he can profit on).
