I strongly doubt anything has changed. Remember, the Treasury has to follow the rules of conservatorship. Also, the massive lawsuits pending will effectively prevent anything untoward to be done to FnF while they're still in conservatorship, and may well force the gov't to rescind Admt. #3 and the conservatorship entirely.
