Don't know for sure...just my guess....first thing I thought about when I noticed last week after they dumped like 40 mill shares into the market....was that it would be several days before we see a run up in price....basic supply and demand......the harder it is to get a stock the more money it's going to be......like I said. Just a guess on my part...
