Maybe you don't understand something.......

Brokers such as TD Ameritrade, Choicetrade and others can put
their own "DTC Chill" on a stock, -to prevent you from buying it.
I'm not exactly sure why they do this, but they do.

This has nothing to do with a REAL overall "DTC Chill" which is a big problem
for a company.

Solution: First, see if your broker is the problem. Then, find a better broker, (e.g. ETrade) which never does this.
