If it's an Italian restaurant I would choose veal. If it's not Italian probably steak.

Probably the chicken or the steak. I hate to admit it in public, but a lot would depend on the cost. I just can't get myself to spend a whole day's pay on one meal, so I tend to eat cheap. That usually means chicken. If the steak is reasonable? I'll go that route.

Fish is too risky. If it isn't cooked just right or if it's got a strong fishy taste, it makes me gag. I don't want to take that chance.
