Through my brokerage it is. I just got done emailing customer service to see why my account is looking the way it is along with my tdey shares. The emails are below:


Customer Service:
It appears that the symbol TDEY has a DTC chill on it and can no longer be traded on the system electronically at the moment. It is currently held in physical certificate form on your account. The 'ph' designation at the end is what's causing it to show a zero value. Thank you.

Me:
How long will it take in order for the chill to be uplifted?

Customer Service:
That is up to the company itself to complete all of its DTC requirements. We are inquiring with our clearing firm as to what options clients may have who own these shares. Thank you.

If people are that worried about not being able to buy certain penny stocks, DTC Chill or not, they should just get ETrade or Fidelity instead of screaming to the world.
