That is exactly what I am trying to do find out what is taking place. It keeps being claimedthat the Steads are making millions selling diluted stock. All i am asking is that just an opinion or where is the smoking gun. This is the cornerstone piece of your argument. I am not discussing dilution itself, yes I am not happy about it, but how are the steads getting rich off this. So far the proof is not there.
