On January 17th 2013, Mr Don Ballou, Lockwoods VP of Operations & Engineering, exchanged $50k of sign-on bonus into 2.5M shares of restricted common stock of Infrax Systems. Company also issued 1,153,754 restricted common for services.

So the float IS actually lower than 17M Shares..
