NTEK's last QR was $818K+,... & between CQ1 & CQ2, NTEK has
grossed over $1.075mm, which is MORE revenues than projected
in these there first 2 Q's since emerging from R&D in January.

& DEBT was REDUCED (along with the share structure too!!!)
