The warrant exercises have bought a couple-three months, but the deadline for some sort of financing (PP or partner) is before then.

The YE05 conference is going to be in March. By my figuring, they need to have the financing in place at that point, because it will bring the cash shortfall to the forefront, and the PPS will suffer (and therefore the PP will be on worse terms after the CC than if done before it.)

IMO, the price will stop well short of 5 before we get sales data or a blockbuster partnership. If it does not, I will sell some shares, on overvaluation.
