I like to stay away from absolutes. You never know what can happen in the market. If, for example, Judge Casper, rules in favor of the msj and strips W3D of its past damages, we will see a PPS below .17. In the event that happens, which I strongly believe will not, I will be ready to pounce on some very cheap shares. If all goes as I expect, however, I predict the PPS will hit .40 in about a month, maybe more if the judge sets Markman in November.
