The sample you provided is a "punch list" of corrected or additional info the SEC wanted. Normal sop with the govt. I wish some of my transactions with the feds were this simple. This is child's play compared with some patent applications I have crawling through the patent office. Also, the letter was not written by larry spirgel but rather an assistant. I doubt larry has ever heard of these companies or officers.
