If they have settled are they legaly obligated to share details of the settlement with share holders

Dam near raised 1/2 million and yes the suit is over imho.

The suit imho is over they must have settled it and news imho is pending cause I made a call.

I did not and would not disclose either company.Ask them a simple questions?

In a 10k if abc company is a Plantiff involved in a lawsuit would it be listed under Legal Proceedings.

Answer only if its a material event.

Other words my understand a multi national top tier company only list material ones (Major Suits).All them other hundreds are not material so they are not listed.

Since ILNS is a tiny nothing company its no doubt a material event the way I understood and IMHO.
