SBC - You drank the koolaid (no offense). Do you think that Phil was disappointed that IPVO mgt didn't stick around? Then why hasn't he hired a management team, or a CFO specifically? Where are the replacements riding to the rescue?
You think Innoprise was a good idea? Why is it in NMKT shareholder best interest for Phil, as the sole officer of NMKT, to "negotiate" (loose definition, since Phil controls both sides of the equation) an investment deal with a fund (Innoprise) in which he has an economic interest along with Augustine? Why did he hide his involvement? Does he care more about his bosses at Augustine/Innoprise, or NMKT shareholders? If he is willing to do the DFTS deal, and take on a company with massive debt, no assets, in the interest of Augustine, what does that tell you about his intentions for Innoprise?
