Wow stop the insanity. This was giving me a headache. I just spoke to Rebeka White regularly specialist Florida Dept of State Division of Corporations 850-245-6050 (Very nice woman), and she explained that they just do the name change anything else gets scanned to finra for consideration. I then called Finra 301-590-6500 after a pleasant conversation and a check with her supervisor we contacted Finra Otcbb market operation department 866-776-0800 about a reverse split they had Nothing filed for a reverse split also we discussed average time frames for mergers between a us and a Canadian company she said there was no average time, but I think we may have come across why the lack of PR from novacab and that is that it requires an sec sign off and you governments sec is closed my bet is that is the hold up

Exactly RedShirt, we have done this as well, thank you for clarifying and it helps back up what we have found out as well coming from another outside source. Your contribution and DD is appreciated on the SBRH board. I encourage everyone that is on the fence or slightly hesitant to do this as well.

These prices of SBRH are bargain prices and won't be available long. I have been trading a long time and this is absolute nonsense with the manipulation going on here.
