We know now why Treaty hired Heartland Drilling for the Stockton wells. Mr. Hardin looks like he took rightful possession of Treaty's rigs and why shouldn't he? Treaty owes him over $65K and did not pay him. Hope Heartland got their money up front B4 starting or they could wind up owning the wells with Treaty's track record.
