RE: negotiations
I am hoping Pareto's Principle (the 80/20 Rule) has some relevance here. In this case it would mean 20% of the discussions would produce 80% of the results. So far, we have info from LBSR that multiple phone conversations took place before JB and PO went to China. I'm sure some of those communications involved the Chinese entities in possession of ZTEM following up with questions. Now it is middle of the night in China so we've had (I would think) three days of talks with one or more potential partners. That is actually quite a bit of bargaining, question-and-answer, counter-bargaining, meals together, etc. When they meet again on Wednesday in China, it will be 10/16 and I think the LBSR duo comes back on 10/20. So if this 80% rule has any bearing, I would think they could be well into hashing out an agreement. I hate to set myself up for disappointment, but I will be disappointed if they leave China without SOME tentative deal at least.
