It's been up for renewal since June or so. The problem is, it is not normal to get suspended during renewal. Being in renewal is independent of being suspended. Suspended is not good. Eco is short on critical documents to be renewed. They have come up short. To not be able to supply this critical documentation for months is telling.
You can easily find other ESR's on ES's website that have been in renewal for extended periods, even over a year, but they are not suspended. It is quite easy to remain in renewal and not be suspended. Easy, unless you are Eco, and trying to maintain an ESR for a product that just comes up short. Don't believe me, then refer to suspension.
