It does not mention about FSC 5962 or specific class of electronics. This contract is for all type of electronics.
All the PRs specifically mention FSC 5962 or specific class of electronics for DLA.Those PRs say the companies will suggest their customers to opt for DNA marking for other elctronics also.But today's PR and 8K is totally different IMO.
