Just yday, I posted saying we don't need PRs now. Today's PR dies not mean anything right now. It's just another company added to the list of QTSL/QDSL for fac5962 items.
It's just an option to go for 10 year contract.
It's worth to note down that the company supports navy,army,airforce,nasa and MDA.
My guess is APDN is getting ready for projects with MDA and other agencies
