Yeah . .I seem to remember that the wingnuts roll that out pretty regularly every other year or so .... and as we have ALL studied the Flat Tax we already know it's a losing proposition except for the very rich.. yeppers ... lolol they get a tax break immediately and the poor & middle class on the other hand, get a tax hike .. ! ..
