I thought it was much more shares that is shorted.
It have been a few attacks on this stock, like when they applied for nasdaq

Well my opinion is (and has always been) that we don't have any "REAL" big shorties out there. That means a fund or retail or any such stuff. But then again you will always have certain MM games down here on the OTCBB. SIAF has them as well. And yes these guys often short it at certain levels but they also cover most of it quite fast so a lot of that doesn't even show up on any bi-monthly stats. But this is not real shorting, it's more like playing games and trying to make money as a MM on all these stocks.

And of course dilution selling is often a big chance for these guys to make money. You have to realize that if these guys know that another big block of JV shares is coming in for sale then they will do everything in order to squeeze money out of the situation. They might take the stock up a bit (to get some buying and some momentum in) then they short it like hell in the short term knowing that there is supply ready to hit the market and they will take it down in order to get seller to cover their own shorting as low as possible in combination with the dilution block that is getting sold.

They can do all of that all the time as much as they want basically on this exchange down here. That's the stuff we are facing of course. Has a lot to do with the dilution as well afterall.

All a part of the psych game Red....however I'm still bringing in new folks and the yield is much better at this level.
We have about 700k shares to purchase close in from the Midwest group. Charlotte buying will be extremely large soon.
