This is a highly significant post. If the IDLM lawyers are repeating the same stuff as management about pinksheets being unable to issue PRs and updates, then perhaps it really is coming from the lawyers?
Surely the lawyers must know better? Surely after all of the complaints and all of this time management would have sought a second opinion if they weren't trying to hide info about the company?
I just do not know what to believe. How can a team that runs Datpiff so well then turn around and FAIL so miserably when it comes to selling t-shirts? How can they put forums and email into their games, but then fail when it comes to building Datpiff Community (still "Coming Soon!")? How can they not manage to hire anyone who can file a clean and correct set of numbers with the SEC? If the dynamic duo of Haddock and deFranco can't do any better than this, why is deFranco still around? Where was deFranco when they decided to go with that wacky VIE characterization of Idle LLC? What about the new accountant they hired? That was back in MAY. Is he no better?
Sheesh! The gap between the potential and the performance here is just ridiculous.
