Not to be issued until GNF is on a big board. Then they are issued as a employee incentive plan which is in no way all at once. They will be shares from the treasury or purchased on the open market.

They did receive 16million i believe last year and they where going to use as they wished. Oh well i don't know you guys are the experts but it did rebound very nicely yesterday so it bothered some people but not all..
