RXPC collaboration agreement and clinical studies are two different areas, different departments at the Mayo Clinic got the info mixed up and leaked the wrong info which caused a chain reaction, the correct info is on the Mayo Clinics website Mayo Response to Radient Article

The following article was posted to The Street regarding a collaborative agreement with Radient: http://www.thestreet.com/story/11033340/1/mayo-clinic-denies-link-to-radient-pharma.html#

Mayo Clinic does have a collaboration agreement with Radient whereby Mayo Validation Support Services provided bio specimens from our Bio Specimen bank, to Radient for clinical studies. Mayo is not engaged in clinical studies with Radient and does not have a partnership agreement with Radient. The services Mayo was required to provide to Radient have been fulfilled. Any clinical study results about Onko-Sure would be provided by Radient, not Mayo Clinic.

that does not answer my question - I asked you to finish your sentence -- why did Radient do the reverse split?

We've all read Mayo's statement. Why do you think they felt the need to release that statement?
