I look forward to next Thursday, I am absolutely curious to find out what our "employees" will have to tell us. Let's not forget the fact that members of the BOD are our subordinates. And from this point of view, I think that the new CA has its reasons. If I am an employee, I have to do everything to deserve my money. I don't agree 100% the new CA, but might be useful to make it clear that we (stockholders) are not a herd of sheep willing to indulge their every single decision.

If Thursday there will be important news, I'll be the first to say that the BOD has earned its additional privileges.

I haven't told my wife. She would probably not question my decision, unless this turns out to be a BIG mistake. Of course, at that point(may it never ever happen!) I'll not mention the entire loss. Just the percentage that won't get me divorced. I'm too old and spoiled to take over the countless tasks my wife handles.
