Not sure why he didn't get it filed in time but to get it current again all he needs to do is submit a reinstatement application & pay $400.

I think Chris has a reason why, we will know this week. Maybe a Merge or Name Change? New business? It was so easy to stay current that there must be logic behind it. TGGI had revenue & profit so the $150 to file an annual report would have been easy.
