Can they legally be uplisted while still a GSE?that would be insane... Either way a huge overnight jump of at least a 5-8 bagger. I think on Nov7 th or 9th and earnings come out there won't be more than 10bil owed...but by Feb earnings with all the law suits and continued record$$$ coming in there will be major protests throughout U.S. and
govt will have no choice.
