Medicare is a benefit given to all citizens who attain the age of 65, regardless of their work history.

Federal flood insurance is an insurance program subsidized with general tax revenue. It's not mandatory, unlike the ACA.

Medicare just needs to make some changes for the current circumstances ...

Fee for Service is the best way to do it ... And the Medicare tax should be increased from 1.45% each way to 2% each way ...

Each and every American needs to get their annual checkups also ... Prevention is key to holding costs down.

In the end it is a matter of priorities ... I would vote for health care every time over our foreign military interventions
