Anyone with an ounce of common sense knows there's nothing good on the table for WGASD. Current market cap is just under $400k. If EXXI thought they could secure a 4.99% stake in VM-179 for $20k they would have done so in a heartbeat. If they even thought there was a 10% chance, they would have taken the gamble.

The market says the only thing on the table for WGASD is further dilution followed by another R/S. Mr. Volk agrees with that: O/S has already been diluted by 4% since the R/S became effective; and A/S is 6.4B.
