My point wasn't how much BD was willing to pay us, or even if they were willing to do a deal at all, the point was: what else was Gerald to do other than dilute? Gerald told me face to face: "Someone might pay you x now but down the road be willing to pay you 100x" He didn't give any specificity about any deals - he was making a point about using dilution rather than premature licensing deals to fund the company now.
