LMFAO Those of us who have been involved with audits know that it is not completed over night and when you add in this is two years of audit financials then it doesn't take a caveman to figure out it is not a quick process and many things have to be verified before a auditor will fully sign off on it.

The most likely reason is the CPA doesn't want to be handcuffed as soon as he's finished signing off on it!
