There's no need for this company to file an 8K to do a r/s because they are a pink not OTCQB. 8K's and the like are not required for pink stocks. Likely they will pr it this week especially since they have been dumping crazy shares last few weeks and may be done raising cash - but that unsuspecting investors are now stuck holding.
But as far as notice, they have already apprised the street in their Oct 4 filing of the effective date of Oct 20, 2013 for the r/s so they are covered even if they don't pr it.
The sunbiz doc was a broader org change filing they were required to file and in the process they also aprised investors of their coming r/s plans. imo
