in order for a stock to trade on the amex which this does the stock needs to trade above $5 (Not sure of the duration). Quest changed symbols @ that point from qsurf to qrm. I originally bought qsurf back in 2009 and have been waiting since late 2011 for the prefeasibility which has been delayed for numerous good reasons since then.
I'm sorry I miss spoke the other day. the $5 threshold is to be listed on the s&p 500. Institutional investors generally are not allowed to purchase OTC stocks.
