IMHO there are many retailers just exiting the stock market. The why? There is chaos in the Federal system that is unsettling the investing public. IMHO the unsettling experience of the downturn will continue until we get to a place where we are not in 'crisis' mode 100% of the time. Who is selling? Lots of people I think it is a defensive strategy more than driven by market forces.
