We will see a move up as soon as the courts open up some documents and confirm what we believe that VHGI comes out of this leaner and ready to roll. They surely won't need 65m to get going this time 10-20 should do it and aren't they trying to get most of that back from a overseas bank... Just throwing that out there :)
