Need to watch who is called "infringers"...Nobody has infringed anything to date. ANy license fees will go out the back door if the patents in questions are invalid/unenforceable. I doubt a couple licenses would come close to 600K saleries for several employees, huh? HUNDREDS of letters and even the non-profit, small fries don't bite. What did that cost???
