I will root for any long that will make the company answer for it's actions. Nice job on the email and getting a response IN WRITING.

The more in writing you can get - the better. Makes them held more accountable if things go south. Reminding the CEO/Chairman's of these pennystocks that there are REAL people that have worked really hard for their money is a good thing.
