Yea it almost sounds to good to be true.....Encounter Tech did this one, for about a year it was .0001, then suddenly without warning it went to .0095 for but a second and folks freaked out about it...only lasted for a second then went bye,bye........Usually from what I have read, these companies usually send out a news bulletin letting you know they are changing management chess board pieces or introducing somekind of new gizmo they have invented then you watch the penny make a move. All I have heard about this stock is that the owner is trying to duck and dodge alleged fraudlent buisness practices charged against him by the SEC...
