Edva edvapatent on October 10, 2013 at 3:34 pm Sure. I think the suit filed by ATVI is a nuisance suit aimed entirely at fleshing out how WDDD would pay for a defense. It signals to us that ATVI’s attorneys expect that the MSJ gambit will fail so they desired another pressure point and launched this suit. There is nothing to be gained from Worlds monetarily so this is all about disruption and attempting to have Worlds raise more money on unfavorable terms. This is another tactic and one must give Ropes and Gray credit for keeping the pressure on. We expect that SG will defend this as it is in their interest to and perhaps seek dismissal of Worlds Inc. from the suit. Hope that helps.
