I appreciate your comments ... I am going to play the BION evangelist for a minute..We are all anxious for this baby to get off the ground, but we have to be realistic...these are just people too inheriting a big task. Just looking the developments over this last year and seeing the engineering "Hot Potato" I can only imagine that the CCC construction group and their engineers coming up to speed when they took the project on from another group of engineers...had their hands full. These aren't sand bags being passed along. This is complicated stuff. If you just consider the simple end of the process...they are designing a system that requires handling appx 1000 Tons of raw material a day. That is where the process starts...then it gets complicated. I am sure that no one wants this to be further along that the Management Team. IMHO these guys
have done an incredible job with the resources they have had to work with.
